Managing older employees is a major challenge for companies, especially during COVID-19. Therefore, creating healthy and entrepreneurial work environment as well an inclusive culture within organizations crucial companies to maintain their sustainable advantage. The main objective of this paper develop multidimensional model determine its impact on engagement Structural equation modeling was used data analysis. results show that workplace health promotion, working conditions, leadership lead better well-being employees. In addition, conditions promote intergenerational synergy higher employees, the COVID-19 pandemic. For elderly, therefore particularly important, even though entrepreneurship mostly attributed younger men. employees’ promotion have positive engagement. will help manage shape workplace, increase benefits businesses after crisis.
